At Dr. Russo's Wellness and Aesthetics, we regard your health as a significant investment, deserving the utmost dedication and attention. To prioritize your well-being, we have chosen not to contract with insurance providers. While we gladly accept payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), we acknowledge that aesthetic services and procedures related to sexual and intimate health are not covered by insurance and are not eligible for FSA/HSA.

At this time, as a direct payment practice, Dr Russo is unable to see patients who have Medicaid and Medicare for any services typically covered by those organizations, such as gynecology appointments and wellness exams. However, she is able to see patients with Medicare and Medicaid for appointments and procedures not covered by Medicare or Medicaid which include The DRWA Memberships, Metabolic Reset Programs, Aesthetic, Intimate, and Sexual Health Services.

At Dr. Russo's Wellness and Aesthetics, we provide ala carte comprehensive services including gynecologic care, wellness visits, functional aesthetics, and regenerative medicine. Payment is due at the time of service, and for qualifying services, a superbill will be provided for reimbursement submission, or you may use an FSA or HSA card. For services related to sexual wellness, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine, please inquire about our flexible payment options.

If your insurance includes out-of-network coverage, we encourage you to submit a superbill for potential reimbursement. Additionally, you may use your HSA or FSA. All necessary labs, imaging, and prescriptions will be billed to your insurance.
